Open the Cursor Library and download .cur or .png pointer files.

Open Mouse settings

Go to Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Mouse > Additional mouse settings.

Choose pointer scheme

Open Pointers tab, click Browse, and select your downloaded cursor files.
